Remove the core from the apple, peel and cut into rings.

Prepare the batter, whole wheat flour, about 4 tablespoons, 1 egg, cinnamon powder (1 teaspoon), 5-6 tablespoons of almond drink. Mix very well with a fork. Coat the apple in the mixture. I did it in the Air fryer, 10 minutes 165 degrees, but you can do it in a frying pan with a little oil.

Serve You can top it with agave syrup, honey, jam of your choice, chocolate topping, etc. .... I put agave syrup, grated coconut, some walnuts and hazelnuts.
