Poach the onion and zucchini, add the chopped chicken.

While doing the above, put the cooked pumpkin together with the vegetable broth and blend, making a light puree (not liquid).

Add the rice (I put a small glass already cooked) and the pumpkin puree and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

Add the cheese (the one you like or have) in my case cremette RF and enjoy.
