Mix all dry ingredients

Add the soybeans to the lukewarm vegetable broth.

Add the liquids and knead until everything is integrated and give it a cylindrical or roll shape.

Let stand 10 minutes (in case we have overdone it with the liquid).

Boil for 35 minutes in a vegetable broth (I use it when I make purees or broths) or in water with the same spices and some soy sauce.

Once the time is over, remove and let dry. Fillet and we can freeze or return to the frying pan and ready!
