In a not very large bowl, put the salmon with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar. Stir very well.

Let the mixture stand for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator (1:30 hours is fine).

Cook the rice according to your instructions (little or no garlic).
