Hi 🧑🍳 Lately I am very busy and I have little time to stop by here but I don't want to stop sharing simple and quick options just for those moments. There are no excuses for not eating well, even if we don't have time we can always make something quick, easy and tasty. For example for a dinner: 🍴a French omelette with some semi-cured cheese with aromatic herbs 🥗 to accompany, some lettuce leaves, tomato and a couple of sardines in extra virgin olive oil.
