Soak the dates in hot water for about 10 minutes.

When they are soft (easier to handle) we can beat all the ingredients, except the chocolate that we use to chop it and put it on top. I added a splash of vegetable milk to make the beating process easier. But do not add too much because it loses the dense texture of the recipe.

If you like it sweeter you can add more dates or more peanut butter.

Leave in the refrigerator for a few hours. If it is overnight or even two days, the texture is much better.
