Spinach and shrimp omelette sandwich

When we see that the spinach and shrimp are cooked, in the same pan we add the beaten egg and make the omelet.

Once the tortilla is ready, we assemble the sandwich with the tortilla and some soft cheese. If you prefer, add a little hummus on the bread so that it is not so dry.
