Pasta with salmon, mushrooms and broccoli in soy sauce.

Sauté the mushrooms and broccoli. I gave the broccoli a point of micro first because I like it very done and then to the pan to brown it. Mine was frozen. But that's up to you if you like it more aldente. In fact I did the mushrooms first and then the broccoli to better control the times. Set aside.

Grill the salmon, leaving it a little raw on the inside, as it will later return to the pan. We take it out and reserve it too.

We put the water to boil to cook the pasta and while we are crumbling the salmon with our hands to find possible bones. We will crumble it into large pieces as it will break a little later.

When the water starts to boil, add the spaghetti. When the pasta is about 3 minutes away, add the broccoli, mushrooms and salmon to the pan and sauté everything to reheat it, stirring carefully so as not to break the salmon too much. Lower the heat. In the last minute add a good splash of soy sauce. I cook with hardly any salt and with the soy sauce I have enough but if you want to add salt or any spice this is the moment. We keep it for a couple of minutes at most over medium heat and remove.

Strain the pasta and add the salmon and vegetables with the sauce on top. And enjoy
