Preheat the oven to 200° with fan and heat up and down. Wash the seafood well in fresh water to remove sand and place in a large baking dish, first the mussels and clams, then the razor clams and finally the prawns.

In an electric mincer put the peeled garlic head, the oil and the parsley and grind everything until the garlic is small. With the help of a spoon we spread this mixture over the seafood dish.

Finally, cut the lemon in half, squeeze and spread the juice over the top of the dish.

Bake for 10 minutes and that's it! Quick, tasty and without staining the kitchen.
