Chop the onion with the green bell pepper and sauté in oil when it is a little fried add the green onions when they are done add the mushrooms and a little water a tablespoon of soybeans

When the mushrooms are done, add the asparagus and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the evaporated milk, salt and pepper. Let it cook for 2 more minutes.
