Mix the oat flour with the grated carrot, walnuts, soy beverage, cinnamon and chopped walnuts. You can add vegan protein powder to make it more balanced, you will have to add more soy drink, about 150 gr for 20 gr of protein more or less.

Pour into a bowl and microwave for 4 minutes.

Decorate with vegetable yogurt and more cinnamon (you can also decorate with carob or pure cocoa) and more nuts. Instead of the nuts, I added ground flax seeds in the yogurt and protein powder.
