Add to the banana the flour (precooked corn flour, the quantity may vary according to the consistency), the crushed pistachios, the crushed chocolate and mix until you have a dough that looks like this.

Make small balls the size of a walnut, stain your hands with a little olive oil and pass the balls between your hands so that there is a very thin layer of oil on top of the balls.

Fry in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 180 degrees and stir fry so they don't stick to the fryer! And flip ❣️
