Poach all the vegetables (cut according to your taste) taking into account that some need more time than others (pumpkin takes a long time, I usually put it first).

Sauté the chicken. You can do it as you like, I like to grill the fillets and then cut them and add them to the vegetables (this way it stays juicier).
