Once the banana and egg are mixed, add 1 small spoonful of pure cocoa and 5 chopped walnuts and mix well again.

Finally we take it to the microwave for 3 minutes. Then take it out with care and let it rest for a few seconds (optional add grated coconut on top or any other topping).
