Start by browning the heura and when it is ready, set aside. Then we make the onion, garlic and mushrooms. Add the spices such as nutmeg, black pepper and mint. When it is ready, add it to the blender and blend well. So that the pieces are not too big.

We add the mass that we have crushed in a pan and add the flour and the milk. ⚠️La milk goes to a little by eye until you get a texture similar to porridge. When it cools, put it in a tightly closed tupper and refrigerate for a day.

After 24 hours, remove from the fridge and take the quantities with a soup spoon. We pass through false egg (chickpea flour + water) and breadcrumbs.

Fry in hot oil and enjoy 🤤🤤. Makes 12 croquettes
