bounty shell oats (oatmeal with coconut and chocolate)

We start with the first layer: -We mix oatmeal, with milk, with 1 ounce of chocolate, sweetener to taste and cocoa. We stir everything over low heat until it is to our liking. If necessary add more milk/water to taste (I used soy drink but you can use the one you prefer, sure the oat or coconut drink will be great) Once done, reserve in a bowl and continue with the second layer. Second layer: -Coconut yogurt along with dehydrated coconut (or any other yogurt with coconut) in my case I have tried it with several yogurts, the coconut yogurt being coconut gives it better flavor. Once well mixed we pour it well over the first layer. Shell (covering): -2 ounces of chocolate with the coconut oil and heat it until it is well liquid (microwave) and when it is we pour it over our mixture. You can eat it right away if you like warm oatmeal (it is good too) but for this recipe I tried to leave it overnight in the fridge and it did not disappoint.
