Mash the banana until a paste is formed. Then add the flour, cocoa and baking powder. Mix everything well. At first it may be like a ball, and think mother of mine without milk this does not pull, but it pulls 😂 continue mixing.

Crush the almonds with a normal mixer until they are ground, but it does not have to be like flour. Add them little by little to the dough and integrate.

Once everything is mixed, it will be a texture that you could eat like this 😂. Put butter or EVOO to grease the waffle iron and cook 3 min approx. per side.
