Chop the onion, the bell pepper and the olives, add them in a deep dish together with the corn and the lamb's lettuce. Add the teaspoon of cheese spread so that it all comes together a little (and then we do not fall out of the fajita). Finally add oregano to taste.

Place the whole wheat tortilla, previously moistened with water, in a frying pan over medium heat with the cheese on top so that it melts. When we turn it over, we change the cheese on the other side and cover it so that it finishes melting well.

Remove the tortilla from the pan, place the mixture we made in step 1 and fold it in half. Leave your hand on top for a few seconds so that it adapts the shape and does not open. And ready, let's eat!
