The ingredients you need are: 70ml vegetable drink or milk 2 tablespoons of pure cocoa 💯 (20g) 1 teaspoon of baking soda 2 tablespoons sweetener, to taste 1 egg

Beat the egg with a pinch of salt, add the sweetener and the vegetable drink and continue.

Add the pure cocoa together with the baking soda and, if desired, a little cinnamon or vanilla essence.

When everything is well integrated without lumps, we put it 2 minutes in the micro in a suitable mold or glass tupper. At the end of the time, without taking it out, leave it inside for another couple of minutes.

When you take it out, the center remains 'uncooked', but with the residual heat it will finish curdling. You can microwave it longer, depending on how you like it. But this way I explain it will be juicier 😋.

Careful not to burn yourself, pour it onto a plate and add the toppings you like 🎉.
