Roast 1 馃崗 peeled and cut in the micro 2'30". Allow to cool. Mash (80-90 gr. of applesauce). Mix vigorously with the help of a fork or manual whisk with two 馃 to incorporate air into the dough and make it plump. Add in the same bowl 80 gr. of oat flour 馃尵, 20 gr. of butter 馃 diced and optionally a teaspoon of vanilla (I add it because otherwise it tastes like an omelet 馃槄馃檲).

Mix until well blended and add two tablespoons of the batter to the waffle iron previously heated to medium-low temperature (2-3).

Turn with tongs after a couple of minutes or when the waffle iron indicates. Set aside between parchment paper or baking sheets (7 small ones).

Serve warm with pure cocoa nibs with walnut pieces for a crunchy touch, or melted chocolate ounce >%85 馃崼 and fruit to taste 馃構.
