Beat an egg and dip the breasts in it, then dip them in the seeds and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200°. After 10 minutes turn them over and dip the breasts in a little oil to make them juicier.

Add sauce to taste. Leave the rest in a tupper to use with any other dish.
