Wash and squeeze the lemon. Strain with the help of a strainer.

Peel and chop the apple and fresh ginger (approx. 2 finger slices).

In the glass of a blender, add the lemon juice, chopped apple, ginger, a pinch of turmeric and a glass of warm water.
