Prepare the three open thighs on a baking tray. Wash, cut and distribute the vegetables and potatoes on the tray. Preheat oven to 180 degrees 10 min. Heat up and down. (The quantities of vegetables are approximate, can be adapted to taste).

Prepare in a bowl: the 3 tablespoons of oil with the teaspoon of garlic, paprika and thyme. Emulsify and pour over the chicken and vegetables. It is introduced to the oven about 30-35 minutes, to 180-185 degrees heat up and down. Depending on the quantity, keep an eye on it. Broccoli is put at the end, because it needs less cooking (it needs only 10 min approx).
