To make the cream, soak the dates and cook the chestnuts with water. In my case they were cooked chestnuts and I only soaked them with the dates. Then grind until you get a cream with this texture. NOTE: you can substitute and use peanut cream, almond cream, cashew cream or any other nut you prefer. Including tahini.

Mix and grind all ingredients except chocolate.

And obtain a homogeneous mass

Pour into the molds. I used parchment paper and put chocolate in the middle and on top. Bake in the oven for 20-25 min at 180°. About 6 units.

Allow to cool and store in the refrigerator

And enjoy!!!!!! 😋 I added some almond vegetable drink to the chestnut cream and used it as an accompaniment.
