Apple and cinnamon oats overnight oats

Peel and dice the apples.

Put in a saucepan with half a liter of water and bring to a boil over high heat.

Once the water is boiling, add the cinnamon and cocoa. Lower to medium heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

Once the apple is soft, blend it with the blender. We will obtain something very similar to an applesauce, but more liquid. Correct the sweetness with the sweetener you use and blend again to maintain the consistency. Allow to cool.

Pour the warm compote into a small jar and add the oatmeal. There should be a little compote on top so that the oatmeal absorbs it.

Close the jar tightly and shake to make sure it is well mixed. Let stand in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours or overnight.

Mix with whatever you like and enjoy.
