Monkfish in sauce with potatoes

Salt the monkfish slices and grill them together with the peeled shrimps. Set aside.

Cut the potatoes and sauté them in two tablespoons of olive oil. Add the paprika.

Heat the fish stock (I make it homemade with the shells and heads of the shrimp and the head of the monkfish) and add to the potatoes.

In the meantime, put the two toasts, the garlic, the hazelnuts and the parsley in a food processor (I use a thermomix). Grind to taste.

When the potatoes are almost done (prick them to check) add the minced meat well integrated and place the monkfish and shrimps. Cover and let the potatoes finish cooking. Add salt to taste.

After a few hours it is even tastier, but I can never wait😂😂.
