Bread: We put the pumpkin in a microwave-safe dish with a lid and program 7 minutes. Mash and add the egg white, the date cut into pieces and the yogurt and stir well. Add the yeast and the flours and stir well. Knead well and leave covered in a bowl for an hour to increase its volume. Separate into 3 pieces, brush with a little milk and put the chia and sesame seeds on top. With the oven preheated to 180 degrees we put the portions of dough on the rack with baking paper and once we have shaped them.

With the minced meat we separate it into 3 pieces and shape it and put it in the frying pan with a few drops of olive oil.

Cut the bread in half, put the meat, cheese and raspberries on top and enjoy it because it deserves it 😊.
