Spaghetti with broccoli, zucchini and spinach

Cook the spaghetti in water with EVOO and a little salt.

Meanwhile, in a separate pot, cook the broccoli, zucchini and spinach with a little salt for about 10 minutes.

Once the vegetables are cooked, add them to a blender or grinder and mix everything together with a teaspoon of salt, pepper, dill, oregano and basil (spices can also be to taste).

Finally, when the sauce has consistency, mix it with the pasta, previously drained, and serve it hot.

We can add mozzarella cheese on top for a softer touch.
