Preparaci贸n de la receta

Cook the octopus for 30 minutes, removing it from the water every 10 minutes of cooking. When we feel it soft, drain and let it cool.

Peel and slice the potatoes and steam for 20 minutes, add salt (sprig of thyme).

Heat the oil that we will pour on top. And chop the octopus.

Serve the potatoes as a base, then the octopus and add the salt flakes, the sweet paprika and, finally, the previously heated oil. Ready!
