In a bowl put the two flours mixed together, a teaspoon of EVOO and the egg in the middle with a hole in the middle of the flours.

We stretch it well with a rolling pin, fold it and cut it into strips all of the same size. To prevent them from sticking. To make sure they don't stick together we put a very light layer of flour before folding. Dsp stretch the dough and shake it lightly to remove excess flour.
