Preparación de la receta

Heat the water and add the yeast. Mix the flour and salt.

Slowly mix all the above ingredients and knead for 10 minutes.

Make a ball and let stand for 30 min. Divide into small balls (20 approx.) and let stand for another 30 min.

We flatten the balls and give a round flattened shape without breaking. Fill it with our filling mixture and close it. The closing is called repulgue (look on youtube) and consists of making folds, it's easy when you get the hang of it!

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

For the stuffing we have used the leftovers of a bbq and a baked meat we made. Crumble the pieces of meat and fry them in a pan with garlic, onion and oregano. Add fried tomato and let it cook for 5 min. We make 2 hard-boiled eggs, chop them and add them. Finally we chop some olives and FINN.
