Put all the vegetables you want in a microwave-safe container. Add the desired spices.

Put in the microwave for 6 minutes. I didn't add oil but it's up to taste.

While the vegetables are cooking in the microwave, remove the orange juice in a glass.

When the vegetables are ready, add the spiced salmon (in my case with thyme) and pour the orange juice on top.

Put back in the microwave for 5 more minutes at maximum power and that's it!
