Boil the quinoa

Grind all the vegetables in a food processor until they are in small pieces (to the taste of the consumer, preferably that the lumps are noticeable). If you do not have a food processor, you can also chop them by hand.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and poach all the vegetables. Add salt and pepper to taste.
