While the beans are cooking, chop the carrots and garlic and fry over low heat in a frying pan previously greased with a teaspoon of virgin olive oil.

Add the boiled rice to the vegetables and chop the chili peppers with your fingers and sprinkle them on top of the grain. Mix for a couple of minutes in the pan. Let stand for 5 minutes. Ready to serve! Bon appetit 😉
