Cut the vegetables into small pieces. We fry half an onion and two finely chopped garlics, when they are golden brown we add the remaining vegetables and season with salt and pepper, since the broth that we will add later has salt. (Half green and half red bell pepper, 1/4 zucchini, half carrot).

As soon as the vegetables are poached, add the beans and the fish stock and cook until the beans are soft. It is necessary to add enough broth to cover the ingredients. Do not use all the container, since it is necessary to add a little more while the beans are cooking since the broth evaporates. Just before adding the clams, I use the ones from Mercadona, as they come cooked and are very good. When they are cooked, you only need to add them 5-8 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
