We cut a zucchini lengthwise so that we divide it into two elongated halves. Now we cut the zucchini into long, square strips. 🥒

In a Lekue type steamer (or in a casserole dish) cook the zucchini for 4 minutes with water and salt.

While the "zucchini spaghetti" is cooking in a frying pan, we grill an egg with a little EVOO 🍳.

When we have the egg, we reduce some crushed tomato (or we can use a tomato stew previously made).

Finally, mix everything together and plate with a little ham 🥓.
