Put all the ingredients in a bowl and blend them all together with a hand blender. *In case you don't have whey protein, add 1 egg and 2- 3 egg whites, and a pinch of cinnamon.

Pour a ladle of the mixture into a non-stick pan (add a drop of olive oil or coconut oil beforehand if it tends to stick). When bubbles appear, turn the pancake. Do this until the mixture is finished.

Decorate it with the toppings of your choice. I have opted for strawberries and a chocolate cream made with whey protein and a splash of milk.
