Optional: if you want the cookie base in your cheesecake just add the cookies in a bowl with a little butter and crush until it is a sandy consistency but a little sticky. We will put it in the bottom of the mold we want to use. We will crush it well until it is uniform.

To make the dough for our cheesecake: in a bowl add the yogurt, cream cheese and eggs and beat well. Now with the yogurt container, measure the flour, sugar, milk and cream. Pour it all into the bowl and continue beating. Finally, add the juice of half a lemon and some grated lemon peel. When we have all the dough well beaten we will pour it in the mold, on top of the cookie, and straight to the oven for about 40 minutes at 180.

ℹ️ To sweeten you can use date paste or sugar, whatever you prefer. And for the lemon flavor, you can use the juice of half a lemon or a lemon flavored yogurt.
