Grind the dough ingredients: oats, spinach, egg, vegetable drink (or milk) and pinch of salt. Add more or less vegetable drink as needed.

Cook in a greased pan with a few drops of oil, over medium-low heat. You can make them as crepes or as pancakes. Turn them over carefully so they don't break.
