Preparación de la receta

NOTE 🌟 The recipe will be made with raw chickpeas, it can also be made with coded chickpeas either from a jar or at home, but it will change the amount of chickpeas and flour, with respect to this recipe, as well as its calories.

Soak the chickpeas for at least 8 hours.

Grind the chickpeas together with the rest of the ingredients in a sufficiently powerful food processor or blender, checking the texture, it has to be a kind of compact mass.

Make the shape of the falafels, this can be in the form of meatballs, or a little more flattened as if they were discs.

Put a little extra virgin olive oil on a piece of waxed paper placed on the baking tray and spread it well and place the falafels on the paper.

Bake for 20 minutes at maximum power (in my case at 250 degrees) id controlling it since it depends on the oven and how crispy or toasted you want it. It can also be fried, if you prefer, but in the oven they are just as good.
