First cut the cauliflower and put it in the microwave with a little oil for about 5 minutes to soften it. When it is ready, mash it well so that it looks like a dough.

Beat an egg together with salt and the spices of your choice.

Add the cauliflower to the egg and mix well. Form about 4 pancakes and place them in the pan on baking paper.

Bake in the oven at 180º for 10-15 minutes (until toasted).
