Cook the rice as indicated on the package, and add only 3 tablespoons of soy sauce. It is important not to add extra salt.

While the rice is cooking, chop the tenderloin into thin strips or small squares and season lightly with salt and pepper, also add the garlic powder. It is grilled in a frying pan, the ideal is that it is toasted.

Chop the carrot into small squares and cook it together with the peas, they can be boiled and then drained very well. They should not be too soft.

Beat the eggs and make them like scrambled eggs, with very little oil in the frying pan.

Finally, place a casserole where all the ingredients enter and place a spoonful of oil, and in parts a little of each of the preparations while the fire is on medium high, being careful not to burn the ingredients, mix them in two or three parts, and finish by adding the rest of the soy sauce and the finely chopped chives. Stir for one minute and let stand for 5 minutes covered.
