Ingredients: - 1 ripe banana - 6 medium strawberries - 5 tablespoons of whipped cream cheese 0% - 2 sheets of neutral gelatine

Soak the two sheets of gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.

In a food processor we put the banana in pieces, the sliced strawberries and the beaten fresh cheese. Blend everything very well.

When the gelatin is hydrated, heat a little water in the microwave for 30 seconds. Then, pour the sheets into the hot water and stir to dissolve.

Carefully pour little by little the gelatin dissolved in the water into the food processor. Blend until everything is well blended, and when all the gelatin has been added, put the mixture in some containers. With the quantities I used, it only gave me enough for two glasses, but you can add more.

Place the glasses in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours or more. I recommend doing it at night so that it is ready in the morning. And when the time is up, all you have to do is enjoy! 😋
