The first thing to do is to cut and wash the peppers well, empty them and put them in a baking tray, so they can be cooked.

Meanwhile in a frying pan we put to brown the onion, the garlic and the spices. When they are golden brown. We add the crumbled cod, so that they are integrated.

Once the peppers are removed we are going to stuff, first we put some grated cheese, then we put the cod stuffing and finally more cheese🤤🤤.

We put it back in the oven and with the heat that is inside we leave a few minutes to melt the cheese and ready to eat🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤.
