Gnocchi with mushrooms, chicken and gorgonzolla 🧀🍄🍗

In a frying pan put a little EVOO and add the frozen mushrooms (they will release a lot of water) and cook until the water evaporates. *If we use fresh mushrooms we cook until they are soft. *If we want to use onion, we poach the onion first and then add the mushrooms.

When the water has evaporated add the chicken, onion powder and pepper. *The chicken is optional, but I had some left over and I added it already cooked. But if it is uncooked pass it through the pan with the mushrooms for a few minutes.

In the meantime we put water in a pot to boil and make the gnocchi.

Add the cheese to the pan with the mushrooms until melted, then add the cream.

Finally, add the well-drained gnocchi and cook until the desired texture is obtained.

To garnish I put some dried chives.
