Preparación de la receta
1
Heat the water (150cc). When it is lukewarm, add it to a small bowl and melt the yeast (half a square). In a bowl, make a volcano with the flour (300g) and add the water with the yeast. Then knead everything and let it rest (the longer it rests, the more the dough grows).
2
While the dough is resting, you can make the spinach filling: Put a bag of spinach in a frying pan. Once it has released all the water, add the spices (onion, garlic, salt and pepper). Then, add a spoonful of cream cheese and put it all together.

3
The dough is rolled into balls and kneaded.

4
Put the filling and join it (it is better to wet the other side of the dough so that it sticks better and finish sealing it with a fork. * The idea is to put a ball of dough on top of the dough with the filling, but it is very sticky.

5
It is cooked over medium heat in a frying pan, turning it so that it browns on both sides. ** The filling can be whatever you want. I have made some with spinach filling and others with ham and grated cheese.
