Fry with EVOO: 6 cloves of garlic + piece of bread. Once fried, put it in a blender and blend it adding a pinch of salt, cumin and black pepper + a dash of vinegar. If it is too thick, add a little water. And reserve.

Put a little EVOO in the frying pan and add the sweet paprika, be careful not to let it burn! Immediately add the spinach (already cooked for 8 minutes, as I used the ones sold frozen in Mercadona), add the chickpeas (already cooked, I use the canned ones). Let's renew everything so that it takes flavor.

Add the mixture we made at the beginning and stir everything for about 3 or 4 minutes over low heat. And ready, delicious!
