In a dish we put a ring and put the cooked red quinoa mixed with the chickpeas, corn and carrots and some spices. Squeeze well and leave for 10 minutes in the mold.

In the meantime we cut and prepare the rest of the ingredients.

Put on top of the quinoa some broccoli pesto, red cabbage, dried tomatoes, cherry and basil. On the edges the pomegranate and on top the cheese.
