Red bean and hazelnut brownie

Mash the cooked beans and mix with the cocoa and protein powder.

Process the mixture with the egg, egg whites and milk until you have a liquid but consistent mass.

Sweeten to taste with dates previously softened in hot water for 15 minutes.

Grease or line a baking dish and pour the mixture. Add chopped hazelnuts (or other nuts). If you want it extra chocolaty you can also add chocolate chips >72%.

In a preheated oven at 180°C, bake the brownie for approximately 15 minutes with heat up and down, without fan.

Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before eating it!
