Chop onion, garlic, leek and sauté.

Once translucent, add the chopped carrots and beets and a pinch of salt.

We continue sautéing more vegetables and while we grind the chickpeas a little bit (to achieve a hamburger with more texture do not grind the chickpeas so much, some must be left uncrushed).

Transfer the lightly crushed chickpeas to a bowl and add the spices, oat flakes, aquafaba and ground almonds.

Add the sautéed vegetables to the bowl and add the parsley.

Stir everything super well, and add the chickpea flour.

And finally we make the shape of the hamburger
